Starts 10:30 - 12:00. Score courses: Mini-mass-starts every 15 minutes from 10:30. (Courses Close at 13:30)
Courses Orange 2.7k. Score: two options. Both 24 controls with a map exchange and one-hour time limit. Easy score: normal map. Advanced score (for those used to running Green course and above): NO PATHS on map!
Fees Juniors / Students - £2.00; Seniors / Families / Groups - £5.00. NOTE: Senior BOF Members receive a £1 discount.

Directions From Junction of A148/A149 (NW of King's Lynn) take A148 (Grimston Road) towards King's Lynn. At traffic lights (Deer's Leap PH) turn R (Castle Rising Road). Continue approx 1 mile, park TIGHTLY opposite Golf Club entrance. Please be prepared to double-park with other orienteers.
Facilities None. Nearest toilets are in Kings Lynn.

We welcome school / guide / scout groups etc. Please contact the organiser, at least a week in advance, so that we can ensure that we print enough maps.

Many people like to take photos at sporting events and we're hoping that some of the pictures taken will be shared with us for our website or Facebook pages. We don’t ‘tag’ or give contact details on Facebook, and hope that anyone else sharing photos on social media will also take care, particularly when young people are involved. If competitors or parents/guardians would prefer that photographs of individuals are not taken or published, please notify the event officials. Orienteering is an adventure sport. All competitors take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

If you have previously taken part in 3 orienteering events, and are not a member of a club affiliated to British Orienteering Federation, then you will not be covered by 3rd Party Liability Insurance. For example, if you cause damage to the landowner's property, you may be liable.
