Organiser’s Comments
It was lovely to see so many of you turn out for our first event of 2018. Horsford was a reasonably late addition to the fixtures list this season and we did not anticipate quite so many people so huge thanks to Philip and Paul for planning; Judging from the winning times on the Score it looks like they got it spot on. Many thanks also to everyone who so willingly volunteered their time at the first time of asking – you made my job very easy. Congratulations to Glen Richardson, for winning the Score course, and to Juniors Patrick Thomas, Alexander Darwin and Joe Weymouth for their top times on the colour coded courses. My apologies to the two people who were kept waiting for a map at the changeover as a result of lack of forethought on my part in not ensuring the maps were handed out equally, though I suspect the rest was rather welcome!
