Membership of Norfolk OC

Norfolk OC is a friendly and thriving Club, whose main activities are the organisation of events and the promotion and development of the sport of orienteering in Norfolk. The Club is affiliated to the East Anglian Orienteering Association which co-ordinates the sport in East Anglia, and British Orienteering, the national body, which co-ordinates activities within the UK and represents the sport on the world stage.

The nature of the sport means that membership of an orienteering club is beneficial and NORFOLK OC warmly welcomes members of all ages - individuals, families and groups (Schools, Scouts/Guides, etc). At events, courses are available to suit all ages (including children) and all levels of expertise and fitness.

The Club organises around 20 orienteering events a year, and membership of NOR allows members to attend these, take part in Club Team competitions and receive our bi-monthly newsletter, as well as receiving a discount of £2 from the event entry fee. When joining the club, you will also automatically become a member of British Orienteering which confers further benefits.
