Club Senior Championships
The NOR Club Championships have been held annually since 2003 at a NOR District Event. Men (M21+) compete for the Barry Chilvers cup and women (W21+) for the Carol Towler salver, both trophies having been donated in memory of former NOR members.
The 2012 competition was held at Hockering Woods, near Dereham. Kim Eden won the Carol Towler salver for the third time in its history, and John T Ward the Barry Chilvers cup for the second.
2011 saw the competition held at Houghen Plantation. Ian Renfrew won the Barry Chilvers Cup for the third time, and Helen Lloyd the Carol Towler Trophy for the second. Presentation of the trophies took place at the club's next event at Sandringham:
In 2010 the competition was held at Roydon Common and Grimston Coomon. On a bitterly cold day, Kim Eden repeated her success of 2007, and Pat Martin repeated his of 2005. Kim received the Carole Towler Salver from Alan Bedder:
The 2009 competition was held at Kelling Heath on 6th December. Winner of the Carol Towler Salver was Helen Lloyd, winner of the Barry Chilvers cup was Ian Renfrew.

The format of the competition is simple, with all men competing on the Green course and all women on the Light Green. A handicap, based on the relative lengths of courses advised in BOF guidelines for Regional events, is applied to the results to determine the winner.
