Control Listing for Events. The Planner should submit the file from OCAD after planning has been finalised as this works fine with Autodownload. This should be sent at least 5 days before the event, and preferably earlier.
How to programme control boxes The Planner must always remember to synchronise the boxes shortly before the event.
