WHAT:
 
0645: age handicapped 1 mile running race on woodland paths
 
0700: compass training, following bearings through difficult terrain
 
0730: age handicapped 2.5km forest sprint-o race. W85/W10s will set off first, Ben last (he is 21 isn’t he?). First across the finish line wins.
PARKING:
 
Meet at car park off roundabout where NDR meets Reepham Road (NR10 4EA / W3W: ///original.zoos.seatbelt)
NOTES:
 
Make sure you bring your compass, watch, and clothes suitable for charging through a bit of undergrowth. Headtorch might still come in handy towards the end.
