— NEW DATE – Sunday 15th December 2024 —
Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions, we have had to reschedule the event to Sunday 15th December (original date was 8th December). We apologise for the inconvenience, but the safety of our entrants, organisers and helpers is our top priority.
What does this mean if you have already entered?
If you are still able to make the rescheduled event, on the same Course, then there is no need to take any action, and we will see you on the 15th. If you are now in a position to help at the event whereas you weren’t previously, please do contact the Organiser as the offer will be gratefully received (you will also receive a discount code!).
If you need to make basic changes to your entry details (e.g. car registration), this should be possible from Monday morning on the SI Entries website; if you need to change your Course, please contact the Organiser in the first instance, so we can manage map & entry limit numbers.
If you have acquaintances that would now be able to make the event’s new date, do let them know that we hope to re-open entries from Monday, subject to event capacity limits and available map numbers.
If you cannot make the rescheduled date and need to cancel your entry, then in the first instance please contact the Organiser to arrange the best course of action. For those that will be certain to enter another NOR event in the next twelve months, we can arrange to carry your entry over to avoid losses on old & new entries due to fees & costs etc. For those that require a refund we can arrange that. You have until 8am Wednesday 12th December to make these cancellation requests, though if you are able to confirm sooner it would be appreciated so that we can release the maps back for other entrants.
Entries are available subject to map availability until 13:30 on Friday 13th December. See SI entries for updates on map availability. Map availability is restricted by car parking so do get your entries in early.
A full range of colour coded courses are available .
Owned by the National Trust, Beeston Regis is situated between Cromer & Sheringham, towards the eastern end of the Cromer Ridge. The area comprises woodland and heathland with interesting contour detail to the north and lots of earth features. Deep re-entrants combined with fallen branches from past storms make the area physically demanding. The southern part is relatively flat mixed woodland with a good path network. There will be significant climb on the longer courses.
This event has no toilet facilities available.
We may impose a limit on entries depending on the number received, due to limited parking.
No Entry on the Day, but this may be reviewed closer to the event date depending on numbers of pre-entries.
Please ensure all the event details v2 are read before entering and attending this event. Refer also to those details for info on the entry deadlines, prices, potential for EOD, and how to enter.
