Organiser’s Comments
Thank you to everyone who made the journey east and enjoyed an outing at Bacton Woods today. The wind dropped, the sun made an appearance, and you got to run on a new map to kick off the new season – what’s not to like? This would not have been possible without a huge planning effort from John and support from lots of other regular club members and guests who rallied round to help out, many of whom did not run themselves – an especially big Thank You to them.

I hope you enjoyed navigating on our new map of Bacton Woods. The area is more challenging than you might expect, especially at this time of year, and the courses were planned to provide some route choice whilst avoiding the worst of the vegetation.
I would like to thank all those who helped collect controls in the sunshine and to Tim for his advice and guidance as Controller which ensured the planning process ran smoothly.
